Depending on the task, we issue full assessments according to international valuation standards (including RICS and TEGoVA), determine market values according to §194 BauGB as well as mortgage lending values according to §16 PfandGB in German or English.
Whether in the micro-credit segment according to §24 BelWertV or as “formal valuation” - as individual valuation or valuation of property portfolios - Persch Consult GmbH | Chartered Surveyors also prepares standardised property valuations in a very short period of time. Our surveyors are accredited by HypZert and trained in assessing total volumes comprising a large number of properties.
Depending on the type of property, the valuation of market and mortgage lending values is done via the corresponding valuation methods. LORA or, alternatively, an EXCEL-based tool are use for the processing of valuation reports.
Owing to our regional setup in Germany, the direct communication between our offices and the client, we are able to ensure a quality management in our processing of commissions that is fully certified according to ISO 9001-2015 from the acceptance of the order to processing through to the completion of the order, along with the dispatch of original documents.
Depending on the purpose (inside and outside the micro-credit segment), short assessments are drawn up in cooperation with visiting and surveyor networks or completely “in-house”. We determine the values according to BelWertV in a way that these conform to “BaFin” and are “Pfandbrief”-eligible.
